This gallery is set up so that potential SBIF applicants can see some of the types of work that the program has supported. Remember that we can do almost any kind of work, inside or out, as long as it will become a permanent part of the building.
Chicago Flyhouse needed to do work on their facade, it was bowing out and was coming unattached to the building. They also wanted to restore the building to how it looked before an earlier “fix”. In addition to the work they did on their facade, they did some permanent landscaping, installed a wrought iron fence, and did some Heating and Cooling work. This project was in the Kinzie Industrial Corridor on the West Side of the City of Chicago.
